What do I get at the end of an assessment?
A results page with a score for each area, your main gaps shown in charts, and advice on what to do first. It also suggests next steps, including Risalat training or advisory support where relevant. You can download it as a report.
Can I share the result with my director or organisation?
Yes. That is what the report is for. Training and advisory work is usually decided by the organisation, not by one person. The report sets out your answers, scores and gaps so your director can see the reasoning.
Is an online assessment a test, or a full audit?
Neither. It is not an exam or an accredited certification. It gives a structured first read based on your own answers. For deeper analysis, Risalat's Training Needs Analysis service adds a skills audit inside the organisation and reported recommendations.
How is the information I provide handled?
Your answers are used to produce your results. A plain-language privacy notice, shown before you begin, sets out what is stored and who can see it.
Can I come back to my results later?
That is planned. The RCI Workspace will keep your organisation's past assessments, scores, priority risks, recommendations and progress in one place. It is on the platform roadmap.
Can Risalat run a programme for our organisation only?
Yes. Risalat tailors programmes to an organisation's needs, delivered in-house, on the job or as an exclusive group. For groups of three or more, a programme can run online or, on request, be taught in French, Spanish, Russian, Arabic or six other languages.
